professional goals
My professional goals are to continue a leader and teacher of Social Studies, Civics, History, Economics, or Geography in Plymouth-Canton Community Schools. I am eager to connect with students of various backgrounds helping them to progress utilizing my role as a teacher and mentor of young individuals. I am anxious to collaborate and connect with my colleagues continually reflecting upon my practice as a teacher in a greater global community.
Additionally, my passion for the growing field of Educational Technology has encouraged me to become a leader within this discipline. As a student of History I recognize that society is always changing. To meet this constant evolution educators must develop their curriculum to meet the times. As an educator and life-long learner I am encouraged to lead my school and greater community into the future of education. 21st Century technologies have drastically changed the learning model for young citizens. As an educator I look forward to fostering a new model for education using new technologies and practices.
