How can I become a technology leader?

CEP 815: Technology and Leadership is a course designed to educate master's students about how to become a technology education leader. Educators will evaluate how to become a leader who can create professional development, planning tools, evaluate, and build relationships between colleagues.
Additionally, throughout this course educators will be challenged to analyze technology challenges and benefits from multiple perspectives. Students will continue to evaluate the social and ethical implications of technology integration in schools.

CEP 815: Final Reflection Paper -
Throughout CEP 800, 815, 822 students were required to reflect upon their learning. This assignment is the culmination of that assignment. Educators were required to reflect upon their growth, knowledge, and pedagogical changes made during their learning.
